Prices

All prices are correct at time of publication. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice to the buyer. Goods will be charged at the price ruling at the date of dispatch.

Terms of Payment

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, payment for products falls due on placement of the order and shall be made prior to dispatch.

Delivery

Orders will be sent first class using Royal Mail Services.

Please note that many items are made to order. We aim to ensure that products are dispatched to you within 14 working days, and will keep you informed if dispatch of your particular order is likely to take longer.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

UK Mainland orders - £7.50

UK Mainland orders of £175.00 or more - FREE

For all other areas please contact us for a quotation.

Inspection

The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon arrival. In the event of non-delivery of the whole consignment, we must be notified in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice. In the event of damage or shortages we must be notified in writing within 3 days of delivery of the consignment.

Returns

Items can be returned in an unused condition only with prior consent.

Goods Title

The risk in all goods supplied by JP Masonry Supplies shall pass upon delivery to the customer. Such goods remain the sole property of JP Masonry Supplies until such time the buyer pays the invoice in full.
